Recently moved to 55+ community and no longer use much and can no longer garage. Currently held in storage. Non smoker and used as a single individual.
132,500 miles runs and drives excellent, no mechanical issues, leaks, or warning lights on dash. It’s a Chevy van is in excellent running condition. New engine battery with cutoff when stored, well maintained. Powerful and reliable Chevy 5.7 Vortec V8 engine and 4-Speed automatic transmission.
Except as noted at the bottom, everything works. On board generator, A/C (both Engine AC and rear shore powered AC, 2 burner propane cooktop, ceiling fan and cooktop fan, propane heater, gas/electric refrigerator-freezer, microwave, Onan generator, aisle shower, toilet, smoke and CO2 alarms, full size spare, tons of space in and out to carry all your camping equipment. All water holding tank (fresh, grey, black) & power indicator switches work. One Queen sized bed in the rear for easy access to restroom late at night.
Some extras that are included: a) Draw-Tite hitch w/ under dash mounted brake unit and full electric hookup (Previous owner has towed horse trailer with this rig with no problem); b) Water heater & vent cover are brand new, c) Crank Awning that works fine w/ multiple cranks and extra replacement parts, d) removable aisle table with adjustable post, e) complete sewage drain and flush system, f) wireless magnetic backup camera – need to download app, g) 30 amp to 3 prong household adapter, h) 30 amp circuit analyzer and surge protector, I) dash mounted phone holder, j) Tyler digital portable LCD 13.3” TV with 2 mounting locations, k) Kenwood KDC-BT272U dash stereo w/ manual w/ USB and other inputs (I haven’t even figured out all of the features).
Things to be aware of: 1) Paint a bit faded and oxidized, 2) I have only run Onan generator once and currently won’t start … may need minor overhaul, 3) crack in windshield is being replaced as I type this, complete with new wiper blades and warranty, 4) crack in side mirror (not broken), 5) side storage uses props to keep open … has no hydraulic support rods – although could be installed (see photos), 6) outside shower valve leaks so I never use.
This has been a great unit, but for a 27 year old RV could use a little love and care and has a lot of life left in it!
I have tons of pictures taken yesterday … can send to e-mail for anyone interested.
Clean title asking $16,900.
